D\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7esi, i\u00e7 yata\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f dairesel y\u00fczeyinin alt k\u0131sm\u0131na sabitlenmi\u015ftir ve ana i\u015flevi tozu \u00f6nlemek ve d\u0131\u015f kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n d\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7 bo\u015flu\u011funa girmesini \u00f6nlemektir. \u0130\u00e7 ya\u011f ke\u00e7esi, d\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f yuvas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 dairesinin \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131nda bulunur ve ana i\u015flevi, ya\u011flama gresinin d\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7 bo\u015flu\u011fundan ta\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemektir. D\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7 bo\u015flu\u011fu i\u00e7in ya\u011flama d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc 250 ila 300 saat aras\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Seyrelmi\u015f ya\u011flama gresi d\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7esinden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 s\u0131zacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6ner yatakl\u0131 ekskavat\u00f6r\u00fcn d\u00f6nme i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda anormal g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc veya dengesiz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f varsa, bunun nedeni d\u00f6ner yatak yuvarlanma yolunun ve yuvarlanma g\u00f6vdesinin ciddi \u015fekilde a\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ve i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f yuvarlar aras\u0131ndaki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bo\u015fluk olabilir. Ekskavat\u00f6r d\u00f6nerken d\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7esi ayn\u0131 anda d\u00f6n\u00fcyorsa, bu d\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7esinin gev\u015fedi\u011fini ve yenisiyle de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"clearance-detection-method-for-slewing-bearings\">D\u00f6ner rulmanlar i\u00e7in bo\u015fluk tespit y\u00f6ntemi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal\u0131ncak yata\u011f\u0131n\u0131n makul bo\u015flu\u011fu, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7elerinin normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in bir \u00f6n ko\u015fuldur. Yuvarlanma yolu ve yuvarlanma eleman\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 nedeniyle bo\u015fluk belirtilen de\u011feri a\u015farsa, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7elerine zarar verecek ve b\u00f6ylece ekskavat\u00f6r\u00fcn normal kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 etkileyecektir. D\u0131\u015f ya\u011f ke\u00e7esini de\u011fi\u015ftirme ad\u0131mlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lk olarak, eski ya\u011f ke\u00e7esini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci olarak, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k kanal\u0131n\u0131 dizel veya benzin ile temizleyin;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u015feridini s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k kanal\u0131na takmak i\u00e7in bir kez daha tornavida ve \u00e7eki\u00e7 kullan\u0131n; ard\u0131ndan yeni s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u015feridinin her iki ucundaki ek yerlerini birbirine yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00fcniversal yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 kullan\u0131n;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son olarak, d\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k haznesine ya\u011flama gresi ekleyin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Ya\u011flama gresini de\u011fi\u015ftirin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u011f ke\u00e7esi yanl\u0131\u015f ya\u011flama gresi se\u00e7imi nedeniyle s\u0131zd\u0131r\u0131yorsa, \u00f6nce d\u00f6ner yataktaki orijinal ya\u011flama gresi temizlenmeli ve ard\u0131ndan lityum molibden bazl\u0131 ya\u011flama gresi eklenmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7indeki orijinal ya\u011flama gresini temizlemek i\u00e7in iki y\u00f6ntem vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lk olarak, d\u00f6ner yatak yava\u015f\u00e7a d\u00f6nerken, orijinal gres i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u015feritlerinden s\u0131k\u0131lana kadar tamamen ve e\u015fit \u015fekilde doldurmak i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 ya\u011flama noz\u00fcl\u00fcne yeni ya\u011flama gresi ekleyin;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kincisi, d\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n yuvarlanma eleman\u0131n\u0131 takmak i\u00e7in vidal\u0131 tapay\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak ve orijinal ya\u011flama gresinin vidal\u0131 tapa deli\u011finden ta\u015fmas\u0131na izin vermek i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 ya\u011flama nozuluna yeni ya\u011flama gresi eklemektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) D\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131 onar\u0131n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6ner yata\u011f\u0131n yuvarlanma yolu ve yuvarlanma eleman\u0131 ciddi \u015fekilde a\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve onar\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yata\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7 ya\u011f ke\u00e7esi <a href=\"https:\/\/swingbearing.net\/tr\/slewing-gear\/\">d\u00f6ner yatak<\/a> a\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekir. D\u00f6ner yatak ya\u011f ke\u00e7esini de\u011fi\u015ftirirken, \u00fcst ve alt g\u00f6vdeler ayr\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcst g\u00f6vdeyi s\u00f6kerken, \u00f6nce d\u00f6nen par\u00e7an\u0131n \u00e7evresindeki c\u0131vatalar\u0131 gev\u015fetmek ve \u00e7\u0131karmak, ard\u0131ndan d\u00f6nen motoru ve baz\u0131 hidrolik ya\u011f borular\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak ve son olarak \u00fcst g\u00f6vdeyi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bir vin\u00e7 kullanmak gerekir.
