Vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha je spojen\u00e1 so spodnou \u010das\u0165ou telesa, vonkaj\u0161ia dr\u00e1ha je spojen\u00e1 s hornou \u010das\u0165ou telesa a vn\u00fatorn\u00fd ozuben\u00fd prstenec na vn\u00fatornej dr\u00e1he je spojen\u00fd s mal\u00fdm ozuben\u00fdm kolesom rota\u010dn\u00e9ho motora. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 dutina oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska sa ma\u017ee prid\u00e1van\u00edm mazacieho tuku cez mazacie d\u00fdzy umiestnen\u00e9 na jeho vonkaj\u0161ej dr\u00e1he. Vn\u00fatorn\u00fd ozuben\u00fd kr\u00fa\u017eok v\u00fdkyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a mal\u00e9 ozuben\u00e9 koleso oto\u010dn\u00e9ho motora s\u00fa mazan\u00e9 vopred pridan\u00fdm mazac\u00edm tukom, ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr\u00e1zku 2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/national-bearing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/20.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-974\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Utesnen\u00e9 kyvn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko m\u00e1 dve olejov\u00e9 tesnenia, vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 a vonkaj\u0161ie. Vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie je upevnen\u00e9 na spodnej \u010dasti vonkaj\u0161ieho kruhov\u00e9ho povrchu vn\u00fatornej obe\u017enej dr\u00e1hy a jeho hlavnou funkciou je zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 vnikaniu prachu a vonkaj\u0161\u00edch ne\u010dist\u00f4t do vn\u00fatornej dutiny oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 tesnenie je umiestnen\u00e9 v hornej \u010dasti vn\u00fatornej kruhovej plochy vonkaj\u0161ej obe\u017enej dr\u00e1hy kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a jeho hlavnou funkciou je zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 prete\u010deniu mazacieho tuku z vn\u00fatornej dutiny kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska. Mazac\u00ed cyklus vn\u00fatornej dutiny oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska by mal by\u0165 250 a\u017e 300 hod\u00edn. Plnenie mazac\u00edm tukom sa m\u00f4\u017ee vykona\u0165 v \u0161tyroch krokoch, t. j. raz za 90\u00b0 oto\u010denia r\u00fdpadla, k\u00fdm mazac\u00ed tuk nepretek\u00e1 z vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"types-and-causes-of-faults\">Typy a pr\u00ed\u010diny por\u00fach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Existuj\u00fa dva typy por\u00fach, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165 na v\u00fdkyvn\u00fdch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch r\u00fdpadiel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z d\u00f4vodov je, \u017ee v\u00fdkyvn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko r\u00fdpadla \u010dasto pracuje pri ve\u013ekom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed a n\u00e1razoch a pracovn\u00e9 prostredie je drsn\u00e9, \u010do vedie k r\u00fdchlemu opotrebovaniu vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho a vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska, \u010do vedie k \u00faniku maziva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom je, \u017ee spodn\u00e1 doska sp\u00e1jaj\u00faca horn\u00fd oto\u010dn\u00fd st\u00f4l a v\u00fdkyvn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko sa pri excentrickom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrazne deformuje, \u010do sp\u00f4sobuje koncentrovan\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie na mal\u00fa \u010das\u0165 valiv\u00e9ho telesa, \u010do vedie k po\u0161kodeniu valiv\u00e9ho telesa, vn\u00fatornej dr\u00e1hy, vonkaj\u0161ej dr\u00e1hy a oto\u010dn\u00e9ho motora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cause-of-malfunction\">Pr\u00ed\u010dina poruchy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Opotrebovanie olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia Ke\u010f sa r\u00fdpadlo ot\u00e1\u010da, vonkaj\u0161ia dr\u00e1ha a olejov\u00e9 tesnenie sa ot\u00e1\u010daj\u00fa vzh\u013eadom na vn\u00fatorn\u00fa dr\u00e1hu, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 opotrebovanie vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia a jeho postupn\u00e9 sten\u010denie. Ke\u010f sa vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 tesnenie sten\u010d\u00ed, zn\u00ed\u017ei sa jeho tesniaci \u00fa\u010dinok. Ak sa v tomto \u010dase do vn\u00fatornej dutiny oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska prid\u00e1 pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea mazacieho tuku alebo sa zv\u00fd\u0161i pracovn\u00e1 teplota, sp\u00f4sob\u00ed to zv\u00fd\u0161enie tlaku vo vn\u00fatornej dutine oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a mazac\u00ed tuk za\u010dne z vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia unika\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak sa mazac\u00ed tuk nenan\u00e1\u0161a rovnomerne na rovnak\u00fa \u010das\u0165 vn\u00fatornej dutiny oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska, sp\u00f4sob\u00ed to nerovnomern\u00e9 nan\u00e1\u0161anie mazacieho tuku, \u010do vedie k vytla\u010deniu a odpadnutiu vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia alebo k prete\u010deniu ve\u013ek\u00e9ho mno\u017estva mazacieho tuku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak je kvalita mazacieho tuku zl\u00e1, mazac\u00ed tuk sa pri zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty trecej \u010dasti oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska zriedi. Zrieden\u00fd mazac\u00ed tuk bude z vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia vyteka\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak sa po\u010das procesu ot\u00e1\u010dania r\u00fdpadla s v\u00fdkyvn\u00fdm lo\u017eiskom vyskytne abnorm\u00e1lny hluk alebo nestabiln\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010danie, m\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 siln\u00fdm opotrebovan\u00edm obe\u017enej dr\u00e1hy rota\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a valiv\u00e9ho telesa a nadmernou v\u00f4\u013eou medzi vn\u00fatorn\u00fdmi a vonkaj\u0161\u00edmi dr\u00e1hami. Po\u010das procesu ot\u00e1\u010dania v\u00fdkyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska doch\u00e1dza k vytl\u00e1\u010daniu mazacieho tuku z vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho a vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 po\u0161kodenie vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho a vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fault-diagnosis-and-detection-methods\">Met\u00f3dy diagnostiky a detekcie por\u00fach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Met\u00f3da diagnostiky poruchy olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otvorte kontroln\u00fd kryt mazacieho tuku vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho ozuben\u00e9ho kr\u00fa\u017eku oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a skontrolujte, \u010di sa v olejovej komore vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho ozuben\u00e9ho kr\u00fa\u017eku nenach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa zlomen\u00e9 \u00falomky vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia. Ak sa v olejovej komore vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho ozuben\u00e9ho kr\u00fa\u017eku nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa zlomen\u00e9 \u00falomky vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 tesnenie je po\u0161koden\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starostlivo skontrolujte vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie pozd\u013a\u017e vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia v\u00fdkyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska, \u010di nedoch\u00e1dza k lok\u00e1lnej, \u00fasekovej alebo dokonca obvodovej netesnosti. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 skontrolujte, \u010di s\u00fa mont\u00e1\u017ena dr\u00e1\u017eka na vonkaj\u0161om olejovom tesnen\u00ed a vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska pevn\u00e9, aby ste zistili, \u010di nie je vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie po\u0161koden\u00e9. Pri kontrole vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia sa mus\u00ed vykona\u0165, ke\u010f sa r\u00fdpadlo ot\u00e1\u010da. Ak sa vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie ot\u00e1\u010da s\u00fa\u010dasne s ot\u00e1\u010dan\u00edm r\u00fdpadla, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie sa uvo\u013enilo a treba ho vymeni\u0165 za nov\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"clearance-detection-method-for-slewing-bearings\">Met\u00f3da zis\u0165ovania v\u00f4le pre oto\u010dn\u00e9 lo\u017eisk\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeran\u00e1 v\u00f4\u013ea kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska je predpokladom zabezpe\u010denia norm\u00e1lnej \u010dinnosti vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho a vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia. Ak v\u00f4\u013ea prekro\u010d\u00ed stanoven\u00fa hodnotu v d\u00f4sledku opotrebovania obe\u017enej dr\u00e1hy a valiv\u00e9ho prvku, nevyhnutne d\u00f4jde k po\u0161kodeniu vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho a vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia, \u010do ovplyvn\u00ed norm\u00e1lne pou\u017e\u00edvanie r\u00fdpadla. Ak je hodnota \u010d\u00edseln\u00edkov\u00e9ho ukazovate\u013ea v rozsahu 0,5 ~ 3 m, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee v\u00f4\u013ea oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska je norm\u00e1lna; ak presahuje 3 mm, oto\u010dn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko by sa malo opravi\u0165 alebo vymeni\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fault-repair-method\">Met\u00f3da opravy poruchy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Vyme\u0148te vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak sa zist\u00ed, \u017ee vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska je po\u0161koden\u00e9, mus\u00ed sa vymeni\u0165 za nov\u00e9. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 aj vonkaj\u0161ie olejov\u00e9 tesnenie oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska m\u00e1 podobu tesniacich p\u00e1sov. Po in\u0161tal\u00e1cii je potrebn\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 univerz\u00e1lne lepidlo (napr\u00edklad akryl\u00e1tov\u00e9 lepidlo) na vyrovnanie a spojenie oboch koncov tesniaceho p\u00e1su. Postup v\u00fdmeny vonkaj\u0161ieho olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia je nasledovn\u00fd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najprv odstr\u00e1\u0148te star\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 tesnenie;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po druh\u00e9, vy\u010distite tesniacu dr\u00e1\u017eku naftou alebo benz\u00ednom;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu nov\u00e9ho tesniaceho p\u00e1su do tesniacej dr\u00e1\u017eky op\u00e4\u0165 pou\u017eite skrutkova\u010d a kladivo; potom pomocou univerz\u00e1lneho lepidla spojte spoje na oboch koncoch nov\u00e9ho tesniaceho p\u00e1su;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakoniec do tesniacej komory oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska pridajte mazac\u00ed tuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Vyme\u0148te mazac\u00ed tuk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak olejov\u00e9 tesnenie netesn\u00ed v d\u00f4sledku nespr\u00e1vneho v\u00fdberu mazacieho tuku, p\u00f4vodn\u00fd mazac\u00ed tuk v oto\u010dnom lo\u017eisku by sa mal najprv vy\u010disti\u0165 a potom by sa mal prida\u0165 mazac\u00ed tuk na b\u00e1ze l\u00edtia a molybd\u00e9nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existuj\u00fa dva sp\u00f4soby \u010distenia p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho mazacieho tuku vo vn\u00fatri oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najprv pri pomalom ot\u00e1\u010dan\u00ed oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska pridajte do nieko\u013ek\u00fdch mazac\u00edch trysiek nov\u00e9 mazivo, aby sa \u00faplne a rovnomerne naplnili, a\u017e k\u00fdm sa p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 mazivo nevytla\u010d\u00ed z vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch a vonkaj\u0161\u00edch tesniacich p\u00e1sikov;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom je odstr\u00e1nenie skrutkovej z\u00e1tky na in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu valiv\u00e9ho prvku oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a pridanie nov\u00e9ho mazacieho tuku na nieko\u013ek\u00fdch mazac\u00edch d\u00fdzach, aby p\u00f4vodn\u00fd mazac\u00ed tuk mohol preteka\u0165 z otvoru skrutkovej z\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) Oprava oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obehov\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha a valiv\u00fd prvok oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska s\u00fa zna\u010dne opotrebovan\u00e9 a je potrebn\u00e9 ich opravi\u0165. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 tesnenie <a href=\"https:\/\/swingbearing.net\/sk\/slewing-gear\/\">oto\u010dn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko<\/a> je opotrebovan\u00fd a je potrebn\u00e9 ho vymeni\u0165. Pri v\u00fdmene olejov\u00e9ho tesnenia rota\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska je potrebn\u00e9 oddeli\u0165 horn\u00e9 a doln\u00e9 teleso. Pri demont\u00e1\u017ei horn\u00e9ho telesa je potrebn\u00e9 najprv uvo\u013eni\u0165 a odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 okolit\u00e9 skrutky rota\u010dnej \u010dasti, potom odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 rota\u010dn\u00fd motor a niektor\u00e9 potrubia hydraulick\u00e9ho oleja a nakoniec pomocou \u017eeriavu zdvihn\u00fa\u0165 horn\u00e9 teleso nadol. Obvodov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy rota\u010dn\u00fdch lo\u017e\u00edsk a valiv\u00e9 teles\u00e1 sa m\u00f4\u017eu opravi\u0165 pomocou met\u00f3d obr\u00e1bania.
