Vnit\u0159n\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha je spojena s doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011blesa, vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha je spojena s horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011blesa a vnit\u0159n\u00ed ozuben\u00fd krou\u017eek na vnit\u0159n\u00ed ob\u011b\u017enou dr\u00e1hu je spojen s mal\u00fdm ozuben\u00fdm kolem rota\u010dn\u00edho motoru. Kdy\u017e se rota\u010dn\u00ed motor ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed, je horn\u00ed t\u011bleso poh\u00e1n\u011bno k ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed mal\u00fdm ozuben\u00fdm kolem. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed dutina oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska se ma\u017ee p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm mazac\u00edho tuku p\u0159es mazac\u00ed trysku um\u00edst\u011bnou na jeho vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011b\u017enici. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed je um\u00edst\u011bno v horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti vnit\u0159n\u00ed kruhov\u00e9 plochy vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011b\u017enice kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a jeho hlavn\u00ed funkc\u00ed je zabr\u00e1nit p\u0159et\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed mazac\u00edho tuku z vnit\u0159n\u00ed dutiny kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska. Mazac\u00ed cyklus vnit\u0159n\u00ed dutiny kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska by m\u011bl b\u00fdt 250 a\u017e 300 hodin. Pln\u011bn\u00ed mazac\u00edm tukem lze prov\u00e9st ve \u010dty\u0159ech kroc\u00edch, tj. jednou za 90\u00b0 ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed r\u00fdpadla, dokud mazac\u00ed tuk nep\u0159et\u00e9k\u00e1 z vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"types-and-causes-of-faults\">Typy a p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny z\u00e1vad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U kyvn\u00fdch lo\u017eisek r\u00fdpadel se mohou vyskytnout dva typy z\u00e1vad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee kyvn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko r\u00fdpadla \u010dasto pracuje p\u0159i velk\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a n\u00e1razech a pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed je drsn\u00e9, co\u017e vede k rychl\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska, co\u017e vede k \u00faniku maziva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00fdm d\u016fvodem je, \u017ee spodn\u00ed deska spojuj\u00edc\u00ed horn\u00ed to\u010dnu a kyvn\u00e9 lo\u017eisko se p\u0159i excentrick\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed siln\u011b deformuje, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed na malou \u010d\u00e1st valiv\u00e9ho t\u011blesa a vede k po\u0161kozen\u00ed valiv\u00e9ho t\u011blesa, vnit\u0159n\u00ed ob\u011b\u017enice, vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011b\u017enice a oto\u010dn\u00e9ho motoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cause-of-malfunction\">P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina poruchy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Opot\u0159eben\u00ed olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed P\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed rypadla se vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha a olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed vzhledem k vnit\u0159n\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdm drah\u00e1m, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit opot\u0159eben\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a jeho postupn\u00e9 zten\u010den\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se vnit\u0159n\u00ed olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed zten\u010d\u00ed, sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se jeho t\u011bsnic\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek. Pokud se v t\u00e9to dob\u011b do vnit\u0159n\u00ed dutiny oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska p\u0159id\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho mazac\u00edho tuku nebo se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed teplota, zp\u016fsob\u00ed to zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tlaku ve vnit\u0159n\u00ed dutin\u011b oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a mazac\u00ed tuk z vnit\u0159n\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed vyte\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud mazac\u00ed tuk nen\u00ed rovnom\u011brn\u011b nanesen na stejnou \u010d\u00e1st vnit\u0159n\u00ed dutiny oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska, zp\u016fsob\u00ed to nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9 nanesen\u00ed mazac\u00edho tuku, co\u017e vede k vytla\u010den\u00ed a odpadnut\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed nebo k p\u0159ete\u010den\u00ed velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed mazac\u00edho tuku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud je kvalita mazac\u00edho tuku \u0161patn\u00e1, mazac\u00ed tuk se p\u0159i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty t\u0159ec\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska z\u0159ed\u00ed. Z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 mazivo bude vyt\u00e9kat z vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se p\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiskov\u00e9ho rypadla objev\u00ed abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed hluk nebo nestabiln\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno siln\u00fdm opot\u0159eben\u00edm ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdch drah a valiv\u00e9ho t\u011blesa rota\u010dn\u00edho lo\u017eiska a nadm\u011brnou v\u016fl\u00ed mezi vnit\u0159n\u00edmi a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi ozuben\u00fdmi koly. B\u011bhem procesu ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska doch\u00e1z\u00ed k vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed mazac\u00edho tuku z vnit\u0159n\u00edch a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch olejov\u00fdch t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit po\u0161kozen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch olejov\u00fdch t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fault-diagnosis-and-detection-methods\">Metody diagnostiky a detekce poruch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Metoda diagnostiky z\u00e1vady olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otev\u0159ete kontroln\u00ed kryt mazac\u00edho tuku vnit\u0159n\u00edho ozuben\u00e9ho krou\u017eku oto\u010dn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska a zkontrolujte, zda v olejov\u00e9 komo\u0159e vnit\u0159n\u00edho ozuben\u00e9ho krou\u017eku nejsou poru\u0161en\u00e9 \u00falomky vnit\u0159n\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud jsou v olejov\u00e9 komo\u0159e vnit\u0159n\u00edho ozuben\u00e9ho krou\u017eku zlomen\u00e9 \u00falomky vnit\u0159n\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed je po\u0161kozen\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010dliv\u011b zkontrolujte vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed pod\u00e9l vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho olejov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska, zda nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k m\u00edstn\u00ed, \u00fasekov\u00e9 nebo dokonce obvodov\u00e9 net\u011bsnosti. Sou\u010dasn\u011b zkontrolujte, zda jsou mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed dr\u00e1\u017eka na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm olejov\u00e9m t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00ed dr\u00e1ha kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska pevn\u00e9, abyste zjistili, zda nen\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed po\u0161kozeno. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed olejov\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed kyvn\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska m\u00e1 podobu t\u011bsnic\u00edch p\u00e1sk\u016f. Po mont\u00e1\u017ei je nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed lepidlo (nap\u0159. akryl\u00e1tov\u00e9 lepidlo) k vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed a slepen\u00ed obou konc\u016f t\u011bsnic\u00edho p\u00e1sku k sob\u011b.
